QUETTA: Member of the Balochistan Assembly Haji Fazal Qadir Mandokhail on Saturday inaugurated a solar power project at Government Model High School New Town.
Speaking on the occasion, the lawmaker said improvement of the education sector was among his top priorities, adding that solar systems were being installed in government schools in phases to provide better and modern facilities to students.
He said the initiative would help ensure uninterrupted electricity supply in educational institutions and create a more conducive learning environment.
Teachers and students thanked the MPA for the initiative and said the transition towards solar-powered schools would facilitate both staff and students, besides contributing to the promotion of quality education in the future.
