KMC, MCC Launch Technical Training Drive in Nokkundi

Koh-e-Sultan Mining Company Limited (KMC Limited), in collaboration with the Metallurgical Corporation of China (MCC), has launched a major initiative aimed at promoting technical development in the region. Under this project, local employees are being provided with technical training that meets international standards.

In the first phase of the training program, electric technicians affiliated with KMC Limited are receiving a comprehensive one-month training course. In the second phase, further training courses related to various technical fields will be introduced. The core objective of this initiative is to enhance the professional skills of the local workforce engaged in the project and align them with modern industrial requirements.

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, KMC Limited Chairman Mr. Zhang Xiuwen stated:

“We aim to continuously provide quality technical training to local youth so they can not only contribute effectively to this project but also perform well in other industrial sectors. Our goal is to create maximum employment opportunities and play a strong role in the sustainable development of Balochistan.”

On the occasion, Deputy General Manager Mr. Liu Jingjing also addressed the audience, emphasizing the importance of training and elaborating on the company’s vision for long-term development.

It is worth mentioning that the initial phase of the training program includes a one-month electric technician course. Upon its successful completion, training sessions in other technical disciplines will also be launched.
