Quetta:The Attached Departments Officers Association congratulates Muhammad Aslam Buzdar on his appointment as Chief Conservator of Forests and Muhammad Manzoor Ahmed as Director of Religious Affairs. Both have shown exemplary dedication and are expected to excel in their roles.
However, the Association voices concern over the recent transfer of the senior-most BPS-20 officer of the Population Department, replaced by a junior BPS-19 officer, in violation of service rules. The Association calls for leadership within departments to reflect experience and expertise, and appeal to the Chief Secretary to address the imbalance caused by internal power struggles and ensure better governance and service delivery.
