ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Mercantile Pakistan to facilitate customer access to Apple MacBook Neo devices through PTCL’s digital platforms.
According to a statement issued on Friday, customers will be able to purchase the laptops through PTCL’s Flash Fiber website and dedicated support channels under the collaboration between the country’s leading telecom and ICT company and the authorised distributor of Apple products in Pakistan.
Under the arrangement, customers purchasing the device will receive vouchers worth Rs30,000, while subscribers of PTCL’s Flash Fiber service will also be offered a complimentary 100 Mbps internet bolt-on for 12 months.
The companies said the partnership was aimed at improving access to premium technology products in Pakistan’s growing digital market and strengthening digital connectivity and lifestyle services.
Commenting on the development, Amad Khan said PTCL’s digital platforms had become an effective medium for offering value-added services to customers.
“Enabling access to Apple MacBook Neo through our channels addresses a genuine demand among our customer base for the latest products delivered through a trusted medium,” he said.
Nauman Durrani said the partnership with PTCL would help expand the reach of Apple technology in Pakistan by leveraging PTCL’s extensive customer network and digital infrastructure.
The statement added that the collaboration further strengthened PTCL’s role as an integrated technology and digital solutions provider beyond conventional telecommunications services.
