Turbat :On the occasion of 77th Independence Day of Pakistan, a grand flag hoisting ceremony was organized at Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat. The function was attended by officers and men of Frontier Corps.
During the ceremony, a special message was read out by the Chief of Army Staff to all the soldiers on the occasion of Independence Day.
In this message, the Army Chief congratulated the nation on Independence Day and reiterated his commitment that Pakistan Army is always ready to protect the integrity and sovereignty of the country.
The ceremony started with recitation of Holy Quran. IGFC Balochistan (South) Major General Bilal Sarfraz unfurled the flag at the function and after that the National Anthem was played.
During the flag hoisting ceremony, Frontier Corps officers and soldiers saluted the flag of Pakistan.
