CM Balochistan Calls for Modernisation of Aviation Company

QUETTA : Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti has directed the Balochistan Aviation Company to align its operations with modern aviation requirements and strengthen its administrative and operational capacity.

He was presiding over the fourth meeting of the Board of Directors of the Balochistan Aviation Company, which reviewed key administrative, financial and operational matters of the organisation.

Mr Bugti stressed the need to enhance the company’s role in improving air connectivity and aviation facilities across the province. He also called for transparency, professional management and effective monitoring of the company’s affairs.

The chief minister directed officials to develop a clear mechanism to ensure the timely implementation of decisions approved by the board.

During the meeting, the board reviewed the company’s performance, management matters, operational challenges and future strategy. Several proposals and decisions were approved, while the resolutions of the previous board meeting were formally ratified.

The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan, Finance Secretary Jahangir Khan, Director General Balochistan Aviation Company Captain Ali Azad, members of the board and other relevant officials.
