Islamabad, July 27 : President Asif Ali Zardari has called the session of the National Assembly on July 30 at 5 pm.
The President of the State convened the meeting of the National Assembly under Article 54 (1) of the Constitution.
The meeting has been called on the advice of the Prime Minister, the government will pass important legislation in the meeting, certain bills will be presented.
According to parliamentary sources, banning Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan, will be a discussed, initiating proceedings under Article 6 against former President Arif Alvi and former Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri will also be discussed.
While the opposition will raise the issue of Imran Khan's release and other public issues.
